Weight as of 16/07/22 82.5kg The scale says 20.5% bodyfat but its definitely closer to 30%. JP great for walking around in - easy to aim for 10-15K steps a day, combine with calorie reduction, eating twice a day and no more deserts/bubble tea. Starting Gym in late-August.
